My wife had a nail in the tire and being a seasoned citizen, could not change it herself. She drove the car up to NGT and they treated kindly her fixed her issue within her lunch hour. I knew they had excellent service but even I was impressed with the excellent service. Thank you NGT for being a great neighbor in Medina.
I purchased a set of tires which came with free rotations. The problem is you can’t never get in to get them rotated. I made three attempts to get my tires rotated and each time I was told “you’ll have to come back we’re too busy.” The other issue is on their web site they tell you to make a reservation but when I call they say it’s a first come first serve basis. I now have to go to a different place where I have to pay for my tire rotation. Horrible experience. Just be cognizant of this when purchasing tires here.
